Outlook 2016 will not sync with Google - Microsoft Community


when try sync office google calendar outlook 2016 import times of appointments not import of information associated appointments.  not sync , new appointments created in google not sync outlook.  have recreated sync few times , same thing.  synced fine in outlook 2013.  ideas welcome.  can sync mail with google mail fine.

how have added calendar? internet calendar?
file-> account settings-> account settings...-> tab internet calendars

also verify got correct url calendar. you'll need use ical link "private address" in google calendar.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
