Outlook 365 E-mail Folder Search will not work - Microsoft Community


i used outlook 365 search yesterday.  this morning firmware on dell laptop updated.  now search option in outlook 365 email folder search not work.  i have tried searching , have tried searching specific files no avail.

i "repaired" .pst folder.  still not working.

anyone have ideas?

thank you.

have tried deleting current outlook profile, clearing outlook directory ost files stored, , recreate outlook profile?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
