Outlook scrolling - Microsoft Community


in control panel, have mouse set scroll @ single line @ time rather normal 3, when i'm reading outlook message , want move next message, scroll, , bumps 3. how can change outlook scroll 1 message @ time?

this issue can caused corrupted file or incorrect scroll settings.

to better assist you, please answer following questions:

  • which version of outlook using?
  • have made changes device prior issue?
  • for outlook.com, have tried using different browser?
  • are experiencing issue in word , excel?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
