Spam/JUNK folders missing from Outlook in Ofc 365 - Microsoft Community


both spam , junk folders missing outlook in ofc. 365, windows 10.  fix?

hello,

based on description of issue, seems spam , junk folders not visible on left pane of outlook mail client. suggest repairing outlook data files fix not inbox, other folders well. can follow steps in article repair files.

we suggest creating new email profile in outlook mail client , see if spam , junk folders missing. this, follow steps on link.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
