Changing the view in Contacts in 365 Mail - Microsoft Community

in contacts (people), window displays of contact category information, of empty , view means have scroll across before can scroll down contacts , can no longer see name of contact. have searched everywhere , cannot see how change view. want see name, number , email , other details when click on them - possible?

hi jennifer,

if you're using outlook app, can manage view settings of outlook contacts. if change view settings list view, can filter columns , show full name, phone number, , e-mail. check if suits you, please perform following steps:

1. from outlook contacts, click view tab.
2. click change view, select list.
3. once contacts show in list view, go view settings.
4. select columns.
5. on pop-up window, highlight option appears on right box except full name, phone number, , e-mail.
6. click remove.
7. click ok.

if access account online @ outlook.com, don't have option change view settings of contacts because it's web designed outlook. appreciate if suggest feedback using out outlook.com feedback page.
