Outlook 365 - insert as text - Microsoft Community


hello, in previous versions of outlook, able create html file , use insert attachment text gets sent (in body of email rather attachment).

in previous versions had add ribbon option, don't see can add ribbon in 365. 

i have switched mac version of outlook 365 (2016) shouldn't matter, should it? 

hope makes sense.

first, according feedback - customize ribbon, not feasible add ribbon in outlook mac.

based on test, it's not feasible use insert attachment text in body of message rather attachment. totally understand great have feature in outlook mac, suggest submit feedback via link below improve outlook mac. appreciate impressive ideas our customers.

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
