Converting full email account into mailbox only.......without losing - Microsoft Community


hi all

i've have been tasked removing 365 licence account, turning mailbox can continue receive mail , forward on mail licensed 365 users.

the account in question receives of our business's' correspondence, pretty nervous de-licencing , possibly losing historical mail.

i can't find guide walk me through these steps.

can me please?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
