Folders disappearing from tasks in 365 web - Microsoft Community


hi all

the folders in sidebar in tasks have disappeared overnight , of tasks bunched 1 long list.

please can advise. have tried different browsers / resetting browsers.

have tried clear caches in web browsers? if no, please try , check whether folders can seen again.

 

if issue persists, need information below troubleshooting:

1. issue occur in inprivate browsing mode?

2. can confirm if other users in organization encounter same issue? if no, please login account on normal pc , let know result.

3. use desktop outlook client? if yes, can folders still seen there?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
