may know outlook 2016 mac version using? latest update? please provide detailed information this.
please try troubleshoot issue via creating new profile. reference:
manage profiles in outlook 2016 mac if troubleshooting steps above doesn't solve problem, try check issue via creating new mac user profile , performing clean install latest outlook 2016 mac application program see whether problem still occurs.
note: if have local data not present on cloud/server. in case, recommend backup/export data outlook file (.olm) before creating new outlook profile.
