hi community!
we have switched o365 advantages of using exchange such shared calendars , shared mailboxes.
although shared calendars working, still need tricks , tipps setting up.
currently have 1 group (named team). every employee(7) member of group.
what haven't figured out yet how handle different shared calendars, 2 rooms have.
we want have 1 calendar, every user has automatically, shows every appointment every teammember - every detail, except marked "private". needs create new calendar group in outlook , add shared calendar of other 6 guys.
when im in calendar view of outlook , have checked checkbox "team"-calendar see every appointments of members - way want to. thing shows "busy" .. no details. don't know appointment is.
i owner of outlook group permissions shouldn't problem. using group-calendar-thought correctly? :-d
although have searched web matter didn't quite find right answer.
is there way create calender - includes every shared calendar - , adds user without doing?
thanks responses.
kind regards,
pascal

hi pascal,
no, it's not feasible monitor calendar events users in specific calendar. can use shared mailbox's calendar monitor colleagues’ events. when create new appointment, it’s recommend add shared mailbox’s email address in 'to' field , attach names.
feel free contact if need further assistance.
regards,
barry
