cannot start microsoft outlook. cannot open outlook window. set of folders cannot opened. information store not opened.

help!

my computer @ work not let me access emails anymore due message.

is there somewhere specific file can found?

i have tried resetting emails , whole of microsoft office applications , has not worked.

it outlook 2016- used able open them started ask me insert password.

i have tried setting new account same email states has worked not , opens new email account , not load previous contacts , emails.

any suggestions appreciated.
