Need to chnge my primary email address in outlook. - Microsoft Community


please excuse me not technically minded when comes stuff. basically, have hotmail email , work email address imap account. both accessed through outlook on laptop. mcafee putting important emails spam when need them in inbox instead. have spoken mcafee , have old me imap work email secondary email cant change spam settings. want know if can change imap email primary email instead of hotmail one??? hope makes sense.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
