Office 365 will not send after 15 minutes - Microsoft Community


outlook works fine 15 minutes after loading refuses send or receive emails have x out , restart program.  i found fix 6 months ago same problem has come , cannot find post explained how fix registry not happen anymore.  really frustrated office seems have lot more issues before.

you fail state mail account , type being used , if there err generated when create/send new mail (to self)?

or if re-start pc , when loaded, hold ctrl key when starting ol - function?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
