Outlook 2010 Rule set to follow up emails to customers after 3 days, - Microsoft Community


i created rule flag , follow emails sent containing word quotation. works fine on computer, since copy emails each other it's causing follow flag on other users computers.

i want flag , follow appear on 1 pc.

i can't see in exceptions combat this.

can please?

regarding concern, how outlook application works. since email configured on both computer, work mirror on both outlook application.each email show on first computer technically show on other one. these emails synced , behaves experiencing. however, hear you. having said that, suggest post concern through link. our engineers , developers looking further concern once posted feedback.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
