Outlook 2016 Linked to Xfinity Address Book - Microsoft Community


running windows 10 pro, office 360, outlook 2016

i not able remove xfinity contacts outlook -- cannot edit or delete contact in outlook.

xfinity support directs me microsoft, microsoft directs me xfinity.

there must "bridge" between 2 programs or "sync"?    know of fix or how resolve?

  • are there error codes/messages preventing performing action?
  • are there changes made prior issue?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
  • do use mail application access emails on computer?
  • did happen set rules on email?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
