Outlook 2016 not (consitently) showing replied to or forwarded - Microsoft Community


we switched outlook 2016 @ office , problem i'd 2016 has not been improvement.

with previous outlook (2007) when replied or forwarded message outlook put right under addressee line when had done 'u have replied message @ 03-20-2017'.

since we've switched 2016 message not shown in 95% of messages reply to/forward. can't find correlation why works, of time won't , it's really irritating.

i have picto activated in columns (even moved around see if helped), tried disable .com addins, clear , reset nav panes. no avail.

anyone knows how can solved 400 mails per month if have backtrack earlier reply has become nightmare.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
