Outlook 2016 rendering problems remain - Microsoft Community


hi,

i have surface pro 4, windows 10 build 16199, office 365 insider fast, versions 16.0.8117.1000 64 bit.

every often, folder pane go blank, folder reappearing on mouseover, , favourites reappearing after clicking, per below screen capture.

any thoughts?

in case, maybe recent changes on desktop or in account caused issue. anyway, problem planned fixed in future updates , let’s patiently wait it.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
