Outlook 365 on the web search no longer working beyond past 30 days - Microsoft Community


outlook on web (365) search of mailboxes has worked great until now.  i search entire inbox mails far wanted.  

a few days ago changed - search returns results last 30 days.  since searching directly on server, not offer option search on server. 

even using dates (from / date) not return results beyond 30 days ago

i can see mail there when scroll through, won't come on search.  

no settings changed far know.  according company no server settings changed , not sure issue is. 

tried both chrome , safari.  always used chrome before , worked, not browser issue.

i use mac, should not matter if using outlook on web, right?

appreciate suggestions.

issue posted service health dashboard (shd) incident ex101322 starting @ may 05 2017 7:42 (utc). user experience of incident is: users may receive fewer-than-expected results when searching email messages in outlook on web. tenant administrators can view current information , updates on shd @ link here

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
