outlook 'view in browser' problem - Microsoft Community


i have checked out problem , found previous post no solution.

i have office365, latest , date.

in outlook if there dialogue @ top of message "! if there problems how message displayed, click here view in web browser" click "view in browser" , error - application not found.

i use chrome, have defaults set correctly. if click on link within email takes me chrome open link defaults working fine, dialogue within outlook not working , not recognise have browser set.

 

i've tried turning ie 11 on in windows features have turned off did not help.

does ie open normally?

and if set ie default, restart pc, function?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
