we've been having issues messages ending in junk email folder when shouldn't. there 4 computers in same office , 4 iphones accessing account.
the problem when move email out of junk, either manually moving or adding sender safe list via "not junk" option in context menu, email goes inbox few seconds gets moved junk email folder.
i've tried removing rules , removing safe senders, blocked senders etc junk email options, disconnected phones accounts, shut down outlook clients have access account , still keeps moving messages junk when i've moved them out.
i've tried via web app , in single outlook client left connected, same every time. there no rules or blocked senders more, keeps moving them.
they seem 2 specific domains, messages fine , others aren't , once in junk folder, there's no way them out!
