Upgraded to sierra 10.12.2. Can't open PowerPoint files - Microsoft Community


auto-update needed manually updated before see needed update office. have office 15.29.1.

strange behavior in excel - "open recent" menu screwed , doesn't update files open. excel seems working. 

when try open file in powerpoint, first "grant file access" window (i have seen few times excel files too) - "additional permissions required access following files" - , shows file i'm trying open. click "select", see file want in new window, click "grant access" , "cannot open file .....  the file may damaged, or may have been created in pre-release version of powerpoint".  

powerpoint create , open new file. doesn't show in "open recent' menu. 

lots of wrong stuff happening here. 

please advise.

i noticed post in thread same powerpoint issue. so, want confirm if powerpoint works now. if issue persists, let me know. can further.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
