Why does Outlook show several copies of every email? - Microsoft Community


see multiple copies of every mail send or receive. not think sending or receiving multiple copies, when through folders, see 4 or 5 copies of

type of account (e.g., imap, pop) using , mail provider? in folders see multiple messages , how looking? opening folders individually or using search? using outlook 2016, windows 10 mail, or accessing mailbox using web browser?

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
