Calendar reminders too subtle. How can I make them more apparent? - Microsoft Community


keep missing outlook calendar reminders because subtle , hide behind other windows.  how can make them louder , stay in forefront.

based on experience, calendar reminder won’t disappear when setting default in snooze in outlook 2016 mac, see screenshot below:

 

and turn on reminder sounds, first please make sure sound opening in mac, can monitor checking show volume in menu bar under apple> system preference> sound , turn on reminder sounds in outlook 2016 mac, please refer steps below:

  1. on outlook menu, click preferences.
  2. under personal settings, click notifications & sounds.
  3. under sounds, tick reminder check box.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
