e-mail missing while transfering to office 365 exchange to PST file - Microsoft Community


sos!

this happened when moving emails (on inbox) exchange account pst (local), outlook error (can't open pst). need restart outlook application.

but emails 10 19 april missing both on exchange server , pst data file.

any solution case?

in addition brian tillman's reply;

select inbox or deleted items folder of exchange mailbox , switch folder tab , use recover deleted items button. still recoverable shown here.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
