Office 365 and Outlook folders not syncing - Microsoft Community


we transitioned office 365.  i use outlook 2016 activity, however, none of old emails (filed in folders) showing in outlook.  i able move emails (from outlook) folders , appear in office 365 not outlook.  

the setting in outlook offline mail (cached settings) on all.

please provide following information better understanding:

1. detailed steps “i able move emails (from outlook) folders , appear in office 365 not outlook.” screenshots appreciated.

2. “transitioned office 365,” can tell how transitioned mailbox data office 365? connected accounts, imap migration or other method? if not office 365 administrator, please contact him , ask help.

3. detailed version of outlook client , os version.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
