i have same error message alwin. me, however, not personal e-mail. rather 1 given me university.

i thought wait issue resolve itself, have had problem month now. 

any ideas?

do mean similar error message alwin when view https://outlook.office365.com/owa?

if so, need define issue scope. how many people encounter same issue in university? if one, suggested contact admin of office 365 tenant check whether account has been assigned appropriate exchange online license.

if issue persists after license has been assigned, please provide following further troubleshooting:

1. screenshot of error message.

2. change browser, clear browser cache , use incognito or private mode, there improvement?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
