how 1 line message preview?  have 3 lines

when delete message says "the deleted items folder unavailable"

is worth in general upgrade outlook 2016?

the three-line autopreview quick way scan inbox. one-line message preview, follow steps below:

  1. on view menu, point current view, , click customize current view.
  2. click other settings.
  3. uncheck preview unread items.

as error message getting when deleting email, check out thread. follow steps provided g.j oomens , see if works you.

you can click on link check out latest updates outlook 2016. can download office 365 link once decide update office version.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
