Outlook 2016 has lost data - Microsoft Community


running outlook 2016 on windows 10 pc. have lost email, calendar, contact , tasks, although still available through outlook.com , outlook app on phone. folders still appear in outlook, appear empty. outlook 2016 showing disconnected internet, online typing this.

outlook.com moving office 365 exchange online servers , account may have been migrated.  please login web browser , @ upper left, if says "outlook mail" or "outlook email", you've been moved new servers.  please see:

reconnect outlook 2016 or outlook 2013 outlook.com fix issues after outlook.com upgrade

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
