permanently remove deleted Outlook contacts - Microsoft Community


hi, when delete contacts in outlook not deleted. cause serious problems when importing contacts. these deleted contact reappears duplicate , merge if clean contact list.

is there way permanently remove-delete-erase contacts deleted? dont want them!

finally got !!!!!

i unchecked download shared folders in used cached exchange mode account settings.

i guessed when deleting contacts deleted exchange server kept somewhere in local cached file.

resolved finally...

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
