Pictures/Links not showing properly - Microsoft Community


on random emails, pictures or links have received aren't showing properly.

for example, picture red , white font supposed have black background, not showing black background can see red font of picture. if attempt save picture , paste word, not showing still.

also, on link received in email - link did not show up. it white font. when tried highlight, still did not show up, click - there, invisible reason.

these emails came different people within same company. @ our office received these emails , showing incorrectly. think problem company's email, or ours? cannot seem find answers anywhere on why may happening, , i've played settings find in outlook try make show properly.

my email connected iphone. when checking on iphone, shows fine/regular should. advice appreciated.

  • are using office 365 business? if yes, domain name?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
