Powerpoint 2016 not playing my videos this month - Microsoft Community


in march created presentation videos (mp4) inserted own videos, month go update presentation , videos won't play anymore...i tried deleting , reinserting them , still don't play. 

please advise.

to clarify issue, i’d confirm , provide following.

1. when first inserted video, can video played well?

2. what’s version of powerpoint 2016 played on first? play video on same version of powerpoint 2016?

3. provide full screenshot showing version information of powerpoint 2016 via file>account.

4. if create new powerpoint file, what’s outcome? can video played fine player?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
