how save , send power point file read only?  windows 7 professional

hi mara,

make powerpoint file read-only, can mark presentation final:

1. open presentation, click file tab, , click info.

2. click protect presentation, , click mark final.

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
