STILL, years on, QuickStep gives error "task folder cannot be - Microsoft Community


running outlook 2016 on latest version of windows 10. 

very frustrated ms has still not resolved problem has been under discussion on year.

i have quickstep set create task email. when use error: "the tasks folder cannot found." 

i know can drag , drop. why offer option set quickstep when hasn't worked years.

come on, microsoft. please fix this!

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
