Unable to open hyperlinks in Outlook 2013 - Microsoft Community


unable open hyperlinks within outlook 2013 (on win 10 system). no new software added. no system changes made. can open hyperlinks within websites. problem on personal home computer there no administrator issues here. taking online virtual training class need able open hyperlinks on daily basis. research i've done applies older versions of outlook. thank help.

i discovered problem. have used malwarebytes anti-malware 2 years no trouble. purchased current update program , turns out culprit. started uninstall relatively new software .... uninstalled malwarebytes system worked fine.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
