Outlook email signatures - Microsoft Community


when insert signature in new email, not signature appear on body of email, card taken attached email itself. how can have signature in body without attaching email well?

have checked link yet? might you.

hello, i've problems receiving mails office365 email address. Disable one-click archive - Microsoft Community

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
