PDF Previewer stopped working on O365 / Win 10 - Microsoft Community


hi,

i running o365 32 bit (version 1703 - build 7967.2139)  on surface pro 4 (build 16176.1000) work gmail account.

emails, cal etc. fine.

recently, pdf previewer stopped working.  word previews fine when try preview pdf file following:-

i have gone options / trust centre , pdf handler there , ticked.

i have tried following:-

  • unticking , re-ticking restart in middle
  • uninstalling / reinstalling adobe reader restart in middle
  • changed default pdf reader in pc settings drawboard , edge restart in middle
  • used offcat errors (found few these due pst being stored on network drive etc.)

any ideas or useful feature me.

ok,

after lots of digging around changed regedit settings, no joy..  clearing temp folders - no joy.
