Can't save sent items in Outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community


i've bought 1 time purchase of outlook 2016, , sent mail items not showing in sent items folder.  can tell me if possible, can't find setting this. 

was previous version of outlook setup on pc?

what type of mail account using, pop, imap, outlook.com or?

if create new msg , send yourself, receive it?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
