Creating rule to move message from contacts to a folder, too many - Microsoft Community


im using shared pop email account (yeah pain).  with windows live mail, had rule set messages came in specific email addresses customers, moved separate folder easier me find.  we upgraded outlook 365 , im having recreate rules.  when doing same rule, comes saying....

"one or more rules cannot uploaded microsoft exchange , have been deactivated.  this because of parameters not supported or there insufficient space store of rules."

i tried limiting addresses few , seems accept, not when select lot of addresses or of them.  im guessing saying have many email addresses rule?  i have lot need them.  is there way around this?  it worked ok live mail

why not have, say, 6 rules, each contacts names in sections of alphabet?

rule 2 - e-h

.

rule 6 - u-z

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
