email will not delete - Microsoft Community


using office 365 business premium on windows 10 machine.  i use outlook 2016 view email, provided through private domain through exchange.  after delete email started noticing in inbox in couple of days.  i kept deleting same emails , have 8-9 of same email in deleted items.  for whatever reason, cannot move email out of inbox.  does have suggestion on setting missing?

i talked office 365 tech yesterday , mentioned of checks have come on side.  however, there 3 mx entries on our domain, believes acting backup server.  when item deleted on pc, phone or tablet backup server repopulates it.  i working our domain host resolve 2 unnecessary mx records.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
