Is it possible to increase the 500 recipient limit in Exchange - Microsoft Community


i trying enable company's helpdesk able send out notifications out entire company, getting "you have reached 500 recipient limit" error.

she using dls , still getting error, thought dls dont count against 500 limit... ?

any appreciated!

they don't, if expand dl counts individual recipients. there no way go on 500 limit.

make sure she's correctly using dls ("outlook groups" dont count dl), or better yet, create dynamic distribution list includes recipients.

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
