Outlook 2016 V1704 Build 8067.2032 Message Slide Bar stuck - Microsoft Community


since upgrading recent version of outlook (office 365 users-e3 licenses) there seems annoying bug.   if search , message looking way down list slide bar on right side of screen allows move top of list sticks in lower spot.  when drag top of list jumps down spot in search.  have number of machines upgraded , exhibit bug.

not sure if has solution or if need wait new firmware release.

current solution use home key or page top of list.

actually, client issues, suggested repair office application first check if helps.

if repair doesn't work, i'd confirm following:

1. enter outlook in safe mode? helps identify if issue related add-ins.

2. screenshots symptom. highly appreciated if can record video of it.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
