Saving recieved Emails after they have changed during viewing. - Microsoft Community


if view email has embedded pictures , click todown load images

or

if email altered in other way

wheni go closethe email outlook gives error message if select save changes:  " .. cannot saved email has changed".

does require option change somewhere or there bug in software?

hi,

this have happened due corrupted outlook profile. suggest run troubleshooter repair outlook. can check link for steps.

let know how goes.

hello, i've problems receiving mails office365 email address. how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
