Signature changes in new email - Microsoft Community

when click new email, changes format of signature. but, when forward or reply email not changing. solution that?

in order solve problem, tell whether using outlook web app, outlook mac client or outlook desktop on windows? if not using outlook web app, let know detailed version of outlook client? when know outlook client version, try reproducing issue on our side , try finding solution solve problem. moreover, not clear scenario encountering. please provide screenshots comparison. 1 screenshot when create new email , 1 screenshot when forward or reply email.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
