thanks using office 365. subscription office 365 enterprise e3 expired on 3/2/2017. if don't choose reactivate, data associated subscription permanently deleted in 7 days.
to reactivate subscription:
| – | sign in account. |
| – | go billing > subscriptions > renew or add user licenses. select next. |
| – | select use payment option , follow instructions check out. |
if don't need use subscription again, no action necessary. additional active subscriptions might have not impacted deletion.

yes. your organization e-mail accounts/skype business affected.
if office 365 subscription ends—either because expires, or because decide cancel—your access office 365 services, applications, , customer data go through multiple states before subscription turned off, or deprovisioned.
you can check subscription lifecycle of office 365 business in what happens data , access when office 365 business subscription ends?
after subscription expires, office run in reduced functionality mode , show unlicensed product notifications. you’ll still able open , print documents won’t able edit them or create new ones. can reactivate subscription @ time full functionality.
