use resource feature reserve our boardrooms , had question. user books room, details might have been entered user not show in calendar item. delegate needing check resources folder, navigate deleted items, , pull message find out event about. doing wrong or how works? thanks!!

before booking room mailbox, need select booking options: accept or decline booking requests automatically or select delegates can accept or decline booking requests.
if latter, click booking delegates section view or change how room mailbox handles meeting. then, regular mailbox should accept booking request if isn’t done automatically.
after that, meeting room mailbox show in attendees’ calendars in meeting.
if want check room mailbox calendar, you need to highlight room mailbox in calendar navigation.
