our organization converted office 365 1 year ago. have customer calendar items visible coworker not listed in permission tab. default option set free/busy time. if switch default permission none, coworker cannot see details, cannot see if customer free or busy. both customer , coworker using windows 7, office 2013 , on same domain. have recommendation need modify calendar items not visible coworkers in organization unless have permission?

based on requirement, recommend set share permission none , change permission favorite.
please perform following steps change permission using windows powershell:
1. connect exchange online powershell.
2. run following steps change permission of specific account. example, *** email address removed privacy ***.
set-mailboxfolderpermission -identity *** email address removed privacy ***\calendar -user default -accessright none
set-mailboxfolderpermission -identity *** email address removed privacy ***\calendar -user anonymous -accessright none
3. after that, run commend check permission:
get-mailboxfolderpermission -identity *** email address removed privacy ***\calendar
