Can't login to Outlook app – Login window keeps returning - Microsoft Community


hello, 

since friday have been unable login outlook desktop app (os x). office 365 login window pops , have enter password. problem login window keeps returning on , on again. have changed password twice still not work. have no problem accessing sharepoint or mail using browser. 

if enter wrong password clear error message (wrong id or password). if enter correct password window says "loading" , disappears, returns again after 2 seconds.

please firstly follow steps below delete keychains saved email account in outlook mac.
1. make sure have quitted outlook , other office apps. go keychain access

2. search "exchange" under login --> items , delete

3. search "office" , delete

4. search "adal" , delete everything 

5. launch outlook

6. activation prompt. if account added, see password prompt app , adal again. please 2-factor authentication if asked. , should able login.

if not work, try delete account , re-add it. before delete it, please files first avoid unexpected data loss.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
