Having trouble showing seperate inboxes for each account in Outlook - Microsoft Community


hey,

i'm having difficulty showing seperate inboxes each email account have in outlook 2016 mac , i'm hoping can help.

i came across following support page instructions don't work:

specifically, when guide tells me clear "group similar folders, such inboxes, different accounts" check box, instructions fail in checkbox not exist under folder list under general under personal settings.

the settings can see when i'm looking under general "show account folders", "hide on computer folders" , option change office theme colorful classic.

does know why can't see option group similar folders?

unfortunately answer doesn't address concern.

i did load more searching , i've found out if you're using pop servers option uncheck "group similar folders, such inboxes, different accounts" not appear under general options.
