i have long been delaying date when emails delivered. learned if go outbox , open email scheduled delivery on future date or time check says or edit it, have change date or time email scheduled sent, otherwise, click "send" again, outbox "sent" column email, states date , time clicked "send" move newly scheduled email outbox, changes "none", email falls "date: none" section @ bottom of outbox screen, , sit there until reschedule date or time email delivered. once learned aspect, used delay email feature years no problem schedule when select emails delivered, reminder emails myself emails others.
over past few months, however, have had number of instances comes attention failed or check believed had scheduled reminder email myself, , don't find reminder email in inbox, check outbox. on each occasion, find all of scheduled emails have dropped down "date: none" section of outbox screen, the "sent" column of each having changed date sent email outbox (by scheduling date , time delivery , clicking "send") "none". each time, have rescheduled each email, or @ least the ones scheduled soonest dates. significantly, when go reschedule each, date , time scheduled still in place. dates have past, have reschedule new date. for dates have not yet been reached, can reschedule either date want delivered or time of date. in each case, make change , click "send", email jumps "date: today" section of outbox screen, reactivated , delivered on date scheduled . . . unless problem described in paragraph recurs before scheduled delivery date/time arrives.
unfortunately, however, since problem began few months ago, problem keeps recurring. there no rhyme or reason have been able discern when or why problems recur. when first began, recurrence matter of days. currently, matter of weeks, perhaps many six, though haven't been keeping track.
i tried searching on line solution, including on website, found inquiries had no relevance situation, such people did not know once email was scheduled delivery on future date or time, fall the "none" category , not delivered if email opened while still in inbox without rescheduling desired delivery date or time before clicking "send". as earlier mentioned, learned years ago, and not problem having.

please check following:
1. identify if issue related add-ins, please start outlook in safe mode see if issue persists. (click start > run> type outlook.exe /safe> click ok.)
if works, try disabling add-ins see if works:
click file> options> add-ins> select “com add-ins” in manage drop-down> click go> uncheck add-ins not using> click ok.
2. try performing clean boot in windows the issue caused software conflicts. make sure don’t have third-party applications/an-ti malware installed.

if issue persist, better understand situation, i'd confirm following information:
1. detailed version of outlook client. please navigate file> office account> office updates check it.
2.could provide video whole process via private message?
3. account using, office 365, outlook.com or others , how configured in outlook client, via exchange, pop/imap?
4. made change may cause issue?
