Mac-produced Outlook signature not reproducing properly on a PC - Microsoft Community


i produced email signature on mac looks fine when send mac. when send pcs work, fonts appear wrong , font sizes etc wrong.

i created signature in word , copied , pasted outlook signature in preferences.

i sent test email co-worker noted looked wrong. when sent beck me, original email sign off looked wrong on mac too.

any suggestions?

from description, signature looks fine in outlook, , recipients received wrong format signature. if there misunderstanding, please correct me.

 

first may check whether send email html format:

when send email, click options in ribbon, slide format html.

 

then check signature in original email in sent items folder of outlook, see whether right.

if not, make sure signature set in preference right.

 

to further troubleshoot, need collect following information:

  1. a screenshot of signature in preference.
  2. drag original email , problematic email desktop, , send file via pm.
  3. send word file created signature via pm.
  1. the version of outlook. (click outlook in taskbar> outlook)

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
